I started my transportation career more than 24 years ago, working from the ground floor up, focusing on the fast paced world of "Transportation Operations". My years with "Ops" afford me a complete understanding of dispatch and have taken me full circle through technological systems, operations, sales, safety and equipment maintenance. This knowledge really helps making difficult decisions prudently.

About K-Ltd: It all revolves around people.  Everyday, whether it is an employee, an employee's spouse or their children,  they depend on us, that we make the proper decisions to ensure they have the best type of life possible. The most gratifying and rewarding part of my work is to give someone more than 'just a job'. Our "open door" policy is just a start, as our employees helped to build K-Limited. Many people look at me as the "creator", believe me I am not. I have been able to surround myself with the best people possible, they are the creators of K-Limited. We are a family here, working together, sometimes eating together and always living with each other's actions. Because of that, family is very important to us. We maintain this philosophy always while focusing on the business at hand.

Recent News: On June 9, 2011, Kim was designated as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in the Industrial Services Category for Michigan and Northwest Ohio.  When Kim was selected for the award she said, “I am extremely pleased that Ernst & Young and the Judges found K-Limited and all it employees to be worthy of this recognition.  Believe me, there will be some celebrating to be done!  My husband, Dean and I recognize our employees, our customers, vendors and our business advisors have all contributed to the success of K-Limited and we want to thank them all!”
