K-Ltd. Connection is published and designed by Phillip L. Kaplan. It is more like a miniature magazine about K-Limited Carrier than it is a traditional newsletter. In fact, during 2007, Mr. Kaplan completed his Master of Science in Journalism from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University where he focused on magazine work.
