Safety Statistics I
When a K-Limited tractor and tanker get stopped for a DOT roadside inspection, all the statistics get logged onto the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) website for SafeStat (short for Motor Carrier Safety Status Measurement System), an automated, data driven analysis system created by FMCSA. Safety Statistics II
The Inspection Selection System (ISS-2) is a decision-aid for commercial vehicle roadside driver/vehicle safety inspections, which guides safety inspectors in selecting vehicles for inspection.
